雲頂高原馬特里民宿 (MagTree Genting Highlands)

電梯擁擠！路線困難！房間衞生不好，有很多蟑螂！味道也很重！隔音也不好，晚上可以聽到7樓遊樂場小朋友的聲音，還有樓上或者隔壁的小笑聲！

對這個房間十分不滿意等了很久都沒有熱水供應 找到維修人員內維修後又要等一個小時但是很快又沒有熱水了。 水不夠熱 ， 山頂入夜天氣凍 ， 四週圍很大霧看不到景色， 體驗十分差

這個酒店有大有漂亮：價錢相當之便宜：有四星級水平的服務：如果有下次我一定會再選擇這間酒店相當之性價比高

滿意的旅程，早餐品種豐富，免費停車方便自駕。酒店在山頂，霧散開後風景美，服務及保安人員熱情有禮，入住酒店時付款三零吉，沒有其它額外收費。

絕對絕對的差評。前台明目張膽的黑錢。而且還是我可以英文流暢交流的情況下。到了前台説讓我交稅費，因為是三張床的兩居室，我們家孩子一共三個人。每人每天10RM。兩天共計60.因為到酒店比較晚了，也沒有打開訂單看就繳了60RM現金。後來到房間一看訂單是已經包含部分稅費到店僅需付6RM。想著太晚了可能前台搞錯了。就想著第二天的時候再和她們説一下。第二天出去玩之前我找到了前台説明瞭情況，她們好幾個人嘀嘀咕咕，然後一位女士説。這是不同的額外的稅費。雖然心中存疑也沒有説什麼。結果今天走的時候我去前台要賬單，和我説跟平台要。我説那好把稅費的賬單給我。結果和我説沒有紙質版，拿你手機拍個照片。拍完我一看顯示我就在前台交了26RM（孩子兩天20，➕平台説的我倆的6RM）我説不對我交了60RM現金，睜著眼睛就説不對，你衹給了26RM。然後就不理我了。來過這麼多次馬來西亞都是自由行。第一次遇見這樣的。被坑的錢不多，但感覺很不舒服。感覺酒店前台印度人比較多

本來預訂了另外一家，不過等了2個小時還不可以辦理入住，聯繫了客服更換了這家酒店，馬上就辦理了入住。房間很大，兩個房間都有乾濕分離的衞生間，這點值得點贊。小小的瑕疵吧，距離雲頂有點遠，單程差不多要15分鐘左右。不過有接駁巴士，也算彌補一下吧。

The road the road from genting to this hotel is very steep and curved. the road is 2 way, single lane, and the lane is very narrow, need to be extra extra careful while driving 🙂 the fog is thick and I barely can see the road, need to open my car window to see the road more clearly 😨 it was also raining too while I was going to the hotel so it was extremely dangerous for me🤦🏻♀️ The hotel took me 30+ minutes to check in🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️yup, you heard me right checking in ONLY, took me 30+ minutes🤣 need to check in with the machines(self check in) the hotel need us to pay rm3(dunno what was that for) and only accepts credit/debit card 😬 the first machine I got to was malfunctioning I think bc it kept declining my credit card. I mean it's just rm3 there's no way it was my problem 🙄 So after several tries, we were taken to another machine. the process with the other machine was super smooth 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ it was very confusing to get to our block, got room on block 7 but actually block 7 was just level 7 from car park😑 now, we were finnaly in the room and there was a disgusting smell in the room 🤢 we assume it was coming from the toilet and causing the whole room smelling like shit😐😐we had to endure that smell for the whole night 😅 The lift a super long wait for one while checking out 😰 even if it arrived at our floor, it was FULLY LOADED with people oml🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ after a 10+ minutes of wait, we decided to walk down the stairs. (our room was at the 26th floor 😀) Overall superb awful experience, y'all will NEVER see me coming back to this shitty place😍 if the hotels at genting weren't all fully booked I wouldn't even consider this place😒 lesson taught 👍🏻 never book last minute 😐

間酒店離晒譜，因為冇房，竟然安排咗我哋去另一間酒店。 -訂嘅係落地大玻璃主人房睇雲海，但就求其俾咗間三房嘅酒店房。 -打電話落前台，從來冇人聽過 -房間衛生有待改善 到最後酒店方仍然堅持佢哋冇錯，Trip自己退番一部份房錢。 千祈唔好揀呢間酒店，中伏！

Thanks to Adam (receptionist) whom attended to my checked-in and requested very friendly and attentively . Also to all housekeeper whom assisting us fast and kind- 4-06-06 (stayed 25&26/05/24). Great services is the main reason why customer will come again. Keep up your excellent work 👍👍

This is a good hotel in Genting Highlands that I have ever visited, but it is a bit far from the Sky Avenue. This means every time you would like to go there you need to pay for the shuttle bus. There are many towers to make me get confused for looking for my room when I (first) enter. Overall is good. I would advise you guys to stay at this hotel.
